Start Center
StartCenter is the first interface after the program starts. The left side is the functions list, and the right side is the main window area..
Functions List

Functions List mainly includes "Open File", "Recent Files", "Templates", "Writer Document", "Calc Spreadsheet", "Impress Presentation".

Open File: is the command to open the file. After clicking this command, the "File Open Dialog" pops up, and you can select different file types to quickly find the file to be opened.

Recent Files: Used to display a list of recently opened files. When there are recently opened files, they will be displayed in the main window area on the right. When there is no recently opened file, the Welcome content is displayed on the right.

Templates: Used to display different styles of Word document templates and PowerPoint templates, mainly slide templates, to facilitate users to quickly create their own slides.

Writer Document: Used to create Word documents, and click to enter the Word edit document module.

Calc Spreadsheet: used to create an Excel document, click to enter the Excel editing document module.

Impress Presentation: Used to create PowerPoint documents, click to enter the PowerPoint editing document module.

Main Window Area

The main window area is the right part of the initial interface. When there is a recently opened file, the recently opened file is displayed. When there is no recently opened file, the Welcome content is displayed. At the same time, this area is a drag and drop zone. You can drag the file here to quickly open the file.

Writer Document:

Writer Document is an editing module for Text documents, and its operation is similar to that of Microsoft Word. Mainly includes Menu, Toolbar, document editing area.

Menu: Provides access to all functions. The File menu provides all the functions of new file creation, opening, saving, printing and exporting. The Edit menu provides all file editing commands, such as undo, restore, cut, copy, and paste commands.

Toolbar: Provides an entrance to commonly used functions. Such as file creation, file opening, file saving, export Pdf, print preview, print, format brush, undo, restore, table, font and other commands.

Document editing area: is the main area for writing and displaying text.

Calc Spreadsheet:
